Hear Her Roar didn't roar or run for that matter.. Should have known a 61/2F horse is not necessarily a good bet on the stretchout..he was a closer too.. I'd remove him from our inventory or note this is a 6-7F horse on the grass.. Ironically the winner was the horse beaten by Roar, but he speed popped the field and went wire to wire..
Teafatiller was outclassed..went off at 17-1 and ran forth.. needs a class step down. I'll let the suspense linger.. Stay Here is running at Charlestown in a 4 1/2F sprint. he leaves from the advantageous #1 pole..He closed off 6 lengths from head of the stretch to just miss catching the winner by 3/4 length in his first start...dead closers make me nervous at 4 1/2 F but based on the competition, he has a big shot here.. won't go off til 10 PM
